====== Keter Borderlands ======

The Keter Borderlands is the name for a (relatively) young Star System seeded and settled by the Galactic Cooperation.  Only in its 14th Century since terraforming seeding (and only its 4th since settling), the system is effectively a baby in the eyes of the elder members of the Cooperation.

The [[Worlds]] of the Keter Borderlands that were seeded prove to be, as ever, a vibrant source of resources and new lifeforms to research, as well as a place for settlers to expand into.  As hoped, the seeding has produced five highly different worlds:
  * **[[Worlds#Siruta]]** - a water world of island civilisations
  * **[[Worlds#Mytene]]** - an industrial powerhouse on a mineral-rich world
  * **[[Worlds#Hive IV]]** - a verdant forest world still unexplored
  * **[[Worlds#Kylal]]** - a frozen world with surprises of unique life beneath the surface
  * **[[Worlds#Ace's World]]** - not notable for its terraformed properties, but rather for its "special" culture

Well into its 4th Century post settlement, the Keter Borderlands - accessed via the Orion Gate station from Fjenician space - are currently being visited by a variety of [[the_stranded_fleet|Ships]] with their own interests to pursue.

However, as of very recently, the Keter Borderlands have been shut off due to [[The Incident]] at the Orion Gate.  What this means for the people of the system is yet to unfold.
